1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and oribet ("oribet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at oribet.co ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the oribet Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the oribet Platform and, if registered, contact oribet support to close your account.

oribet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. 2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the oribet Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. oribet enforces strict age verification procedures. Providing false information regarding your age is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register operated by oribet or by any third-party responsible gaming body to which oribet is affiliated.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person in opening or operating an account.

oribet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To place bets or access real-money games on oribet, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the oribet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oribet login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes issued to your registered device. oribet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. You must notify oribet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

oribet is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification as part of its anti-money laundering ("AML") and responsible gaming obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, oribet may request identity documents including, but not limited to, a valid government-issued identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by oribet may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your oribet account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. oribet supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and DuitNow QR. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). oribet does not accept deposits made from credit facilities for gambling purposes where prohibited by applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible. oribet reserves the right to apply standard processing timelines and to conduct additional verification before processing a withdrawal. oribet will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the oribet account dashboard and are subject to change at oribet's discretion.

4.3 Currency

The oribet Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a conversion from another currency is required, oribet will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and no additional currency conversion fee is charged by oribet to the user.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

oribet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered users from time to time ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets, and expiry periods, which will be set out in the individual Promotion terms. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements are met in full.
• oribet reserves the right to cancel or withhold a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. Only one bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• oribet reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or expire any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the oribet Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. oribet reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A bet is placed after an event has concluded or during a period when live betting was suspended.
• An obvious pricing error ("Palpable Error") existed at the time the bet was placed.
• There is evidence of collusion, match manipulation, or insider information.
• A technical error on the Platform resulted in a bet being accepted that would not otherwise have been accepted.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the decision of oribet's settlement team shall be final, subject to the formal complaints procedure described in Clause 12.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oribet Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bonus terms, or pricing errors for systematic profit.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the oribet Platform.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false identity or age information.
• Sharing account access or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

8. Responsible Gaming

oribet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. oribet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your oribet account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total net losses you may sustain within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been actively gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your oribet account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the oribet Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oribet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits. oribet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oribet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend the Platform for maintenance at any time.

11. Amendments to These Terms

oribet reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the Terms document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the oribet Platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oribet Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be submitted in writing to oribet support. oribet will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
